My friend,
When you meet your maker face to face, tell Him that you were duly warned, and heeded not the warning. Please accept Jesus as your savior and be greeted by a loving Heavenly Father who will have forgiven your sin.
You must get many such E mails each day, and probably don't even read them all. I will pray for your salvation.
In Christ, I am
| | Hey, nice site. But technically, origin of species is *not* a holy book.
It is not even a science book. It has served as the basis for today's
science books and no one thinks it's holy :-)
| To quote buddhism as a dogmatic religion is simply ignorant. No other
religion in the world is less (or not at all) dogmatic than buddhism. In
fact, buddhism has no doctrines what so ever, besides the social moral
doctrines of common sense (which of course is not a doctrine at all. "Do
the right things and treat people good": this can hardly be defined as
dogmatic and much less as doctrinal (eventhough the latter is not quoted
on your site). In fact, as I'm sure you already know, Buddhism has no
God/Gods, just a set of simple rules one SHOULD abide by, but this is
purely voluntary. Buddhism won't send you to "hell" or punish you for all
eternity if you don't follow these rules, like other dogmatic religions
do. Personally, and I'm not a buddhist, I'm an atheist, I'd say that
Buddhism is more of an ideology than a religion, but that's just my view.
Thanks though, I'd wipe my ass with the Qu'ran and The Bible and flush
them each and every time I made a poopie, if I had the chance!
Fortunately, you have made this (virtually) possible :)
Other than that, I support the general idea: religion = shit + (-buddhism) = true + (x infinity)
| Dear Webmaster,
I hope you enjoy the thought that many people will disgust your site, why do you need to provoke religious people?
I hope and pray that on day you will see, that respect and loyalty are major things in live.
Greetz | Since Darwinism or evolution aren't religions, I find the fact that
you featured "The Origin of Species" as a holy book quite... ignorant.
Either that, or you did it as a joke? If not, I suggest you remove it
from the site. | Come on, you can't group the Origin of Species with the rest of those religious books, it's not a holy book, its a book of observations of nature and a way of interpreting them. This is the same attitude that makes it acceptable for creationism to be considered a theory natural history. Aside from that, I enjoyed your site immensely.
Fight the ignorance. |
